Delivery Zones and Fulfillment

We offer on-demand delivery within a specific radius of our outlets across Malaysia. Deliveries are fulfilled immediately after your drinks are freshly prepared, using on-demand delivery partners (such as GrabExpress, Lalamove, or Foodpanda). To check if your location falls within our delivery zone, please enter your address at the checkout page.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are dynamically calculated based on the distance from our nearest outlet to your location. The final fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

Delivery Times and Preparation

  • On-Demand Delivery: Drinks are typically delivered within 30 to 60 minutes from order confirmation, subject to rider availability and traffic/weather conditions.
  • Self-Pickup (Click & Collect): Orders are usually ready for pickup at your selected outlet within 15 to 20 minutes.

Order Tracking and Communications

Once your rider is assigned, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Failed Deliveries and Unattended Items

Because our coffee, toppings, and ice contents are freshly made and perishable, someone must be available to receive the order.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
  • We strongly advise against requesting riders to leave drinks at guardhouses or reception desks. We are not responsible for melted ice, compromised quality, or stolen items if left unattended.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, preparation begins immediately. Therefore, we do not accept any cancellations, changes to the order, or modifications to the delivery address after checkout.

Quality Issues or Incorrect Orders

We want you to enjoy your drinks perfectly. If your order is incorrect or arrived damaged, please contact the dispatching outlet immediately (within 1 hour of delivery) with your order number and a photo of the items.
